Mini-Istiden har startet med solsyklus nr 24. Det blir kaldere her i nord og når nr 25 og 26 etterhvert begynner blir det enda kaldere. Det kan vare i 30 til 50 år. Hva som kommer etter det vet de ikke. Men det kan være en ny Istid.
