The Grand Solar Minimum intensifies: record precipitation and flooding from Florence devastate crops and threaten an “American Fukushima” at Brunswick Nuke Plant, Mangkhut (Ompong) has left the Phillippines’ bread basket in tatters, and is heading for China.
The long term thing that is going on is that the earth is cooling,” observes Howard Hayden, emeritus physics prof., U. of Connecticut. “It has been cooling because whats called the Milankovitch Cycle. Theyre getting less and less, by gradual amounts, sunlight above 65 degrees north and you take a look at the glaciers we have, you know that we dont have any glaciers up here in the northern hemisphere that are older than about 8,000 years. All those glaciers are not left over from the past ice age. Theyre new.
Mr. Gore said Friday that two major storms from the Atlantic and Pacific oceans had never made landfall at the same time, referring to Hurricane Florence, the Category 1 hurricane that struck North Carolina on Friday, and Super Typhoon Mangkhut, which hit the Philippines early Saturday.

The graph shows MASIE reporting ice extents above 4.5M km2 for the last two weeks. A dip on day 252 to 4.43M km2 will likely be the daily minimum for the year. The graph also shows that 2018 is presently close to the 11 year average ice extent, 233k km2 more than 2016, 266k km2 more than 2007, and 1M km2 (a full Wadham!) more than the record setting 2012.

Kanskje flere uker i Mini-Istiden.
Even though CO2 concentrations hovered well below 300 ppm throughout most of the Holocene, newly published paleoclimate reconstructions affirm that todays surface temperatures are only slightly warmer (if at all) than the coldest periods of the last 10,000 years. This contradicts the perspective that temperatures rise in concert with CO2 concentrations.
Do you think the government will save everyone? In fact, they all know about this, and they will cull the useless consumers to keep only necessary people in the field of elements exploration, to use in robotics, infrastructures, mass food and good productions, and in finance, science, system administration,
